1-Apply a primer  and apply and blend a blue eyeshadow to the crease

2-Apply a white to the lid and to the inner corner

3-Apply an eyeliner base or a primer along the upper lash line and apply a blue bright pigment as eyeliner on it

4-Apply a mint color along the lower lash line

5-Apply the blue eyeshadow with a thin pen brush to the crease to define better the line between the blue and the white eyeshadows;

6-Apply the liner base or a primer to the outer half part of the lower lash line and add mint glitter

7-Apply mascara to the upper and lower lashes
