What mysterious eye tutorial the white with the black really sets a illusion to the eyes and the best thing is its very simple and only need a few things; White shadow, Black Liquid eye pen and some Black Mascara.
- You will need to apply the black mascara and let dry.
- Apply the white shadow to the whole top eye lid.
- From the inside corner of the eye apply a black line around the top of the eyelid. (As displayed in the Picture)
- Once again from the inside corner of the eye, apply a black line going behind the eye lashes.
