The good weather outside brings up the joyful mood in my soul. I like the wear bright colors when I’m happy and I will show you how to do it in a discreet way without scaring your boss like the clown from his worst nightmare. In this tutorial we will use bright but delicate colors, with are matched perfectly. Take a look at the steps and follow them one by one:
- As usual, you must prepare the lids with the right product, which in our case is a 24+ hour primer, that will guarantee a long lasting makeup all day long. The design won’t move even a little bit out of the shape that you had applied it. You can see how important is the lid makeup primer – without it you are lost (or at least your makeup will be gone). So, apply it, spread it and let it absorb into the skin for a few moments.
- Now we can continue with the next step, which is to set the background shade that will create a shadow at the outer corner of the eye. Use a brown matte eye shadow and a round brush to apply it. Apply this color right on the outer corner of the eye, but spread it nicely into a smooth and oval shape. Cover the crease as well and create a V-shape at the outer corner of the eye.
- Then, cover the lid with light color, such as the natural pink one. It has to be a shade from the pearl palette. Merge the colors together with a clean brush.
- Then, cover the bottom waterline with dark purple pencil, because it will match perfectly the pink tint on your upper lid.
- Finish the look with a cat-eye black liner and a lot of mascara. You can even stick faux lashes, because the design allows it.
- Don’t forget to enhance the eyebrows with some solid color.
