Down below you will find a tutorial for dark and intense makeup
design. If you are brave enough to try it, I will show you every single
step and every single product and tool, that are needed for this makeup
design. So, if you are up to the idea of creating it, you can start
gathering the tools and the colors:
Products
- Brown eyeshadow;
- Black eyeshadow;
- Shimmer nude eyeshadow;
- Black eye pencil;
- Lid primer;
- Mascara;
- False lashes (optional);
- Gel eyeliner (optional).
Tools
- Lash curler;
- Pointy brush;
- Shadow brush;
- Flat shadow brush;
- Blending brush;
- Liner brush (optional).
So, I hope that the brows are already prepared – shaped and filled,
if not, take care of them before you start the application of the eye
makeup.
- Prepare the lids with the primer to prevent the eye makeup from creasing and fading away. You have two options to do that – lid primer or oil-free concealer.
- Then cover the whole lid, up to the crease. Don’t be too precise, because you will have to smudge the edges any way.
- So, blend in the pencil only to the crease line, no further. Use the pointy brush.
- With the shadow brush apply the dark brown color above the black one, slightly above the crease. Cover the black color as well.
- Use the fluffy blending brush to smooth the sharp edges.
- Bring back the black color by applying it with the flat shadow brush. Blend the black color into the brown one with the fluffy brush again.
- Enhance the bottom lid with the pointy brush and the black color.
- Line the bottom waterline with black liner if the size and the shape of your eyes allow it.
- Then curl the lashes and apply two or three coats of mascara. If you need more dramatic look, you can stick false lashes.
All done! Enjoy the look!
