Not every makeup design can flatter every eye shape. Some eyes can handle darker and bolder designs, but some other can’t. Usually, the small sized eyes shouldn’t be decorated with bold and dark makeup designs, especially when the bottom waterline is covered in black color. If you ask why such designs are not recommended for small eyes, then I will answer you: these designs make the small-sized eyes look even smaller. I will show you today such a design – bold and dark. I’m sorry ladies, but you’d better have bigger eyes, otherwise it won’t look the same way on you as the way it looks on the eyes of the model in the picture down below. Take a look at the steps and follow them one by one.
Here we go:
Start with some preparing steps: primer, base color, brow bone highlighter and filler for the lashes. The primer will hold this heavy makeup all night long. The base color will create a nice pop-out effect of the main colors. The brow bone highlighter will define the brow and the makeup design at the same time. And the lash filler will create an illusion of thicker and bolder eyelashes even before the application of the mascara.

Then, apply black color with soft eye pencil. Apply it at the inner and outer corner of the lid and trace the crease too. Leave the middle of the lid nude for now.
Then, smooth the edges of the black shape with soft, round brush.
Fill in the middle of the lid with silver shimmer. Merge it with the black color at the sides.
Then apply the same routine with the colors on the bottom lid.
Finish the look with black color on both of the rims – top and bottom, and apply a thick coat of mascara at the end.
All done!
All done!
