So just by the help of a transparent tape and a black liquid eyeliner , you can make your cat eye winged look .

•  So let’s start by covering the eyelid with the tape but leave a small space from the middle of your eyelid to the outer corner of your eyes.
• Or you can cut the transparent tape in the shape of a V as shown on the 3rd picture.
• If you find it difficult to cut it in this shape, you can use a piece of tape under your eyes , the part above your cheek bones, so you can create a V space between the two pieces of the tape.
• Then very near of your upper lashes apply the line from the middle of your eyelid to the outer corner of the eyes by making it thicker.
• Then remove the tape carefully, so not to undo the line.
• Apply some sparkling eye shadow as it is shown in the photo, or every color that you want.
