Extraordinary Upside Down Cat Eye Liner

• This makeup design doesn’t need eyeliner on the top lid, but that doesn’t mean that you will leave it nude. You have to apply a soft and natural-looking color, such as light pink or beige color. But if you are going to apply makeup shadow, you must apply a primer. Once the primer is applied on the lids, you can apply the eyeshadow as well.
• It must blend in with your skin color, which means that you have to spend some extra time on smudging the edges of the eyeshadow.
• Then, apply some makeup primer on the bottom lid as well. This is a must-do step because the main makeup decoration is placed on that area.
• Then, take a black lid pencil and line the whole waterline from the tear duct to the outer corner of the eye. Note: Your eyes must be big, because the whole bottom waterline will be covered in black color, and we know that the black color on the bottom waterline creates an illusion of a smaller eye.
• Then, take a thin liner brush and draw two wings, one at the inner corner of the eye and one at the outer corner.
• Reapply the color on the waterline.
• Finish the look with a coat of mascara only on the top lash line. And, as an additional trick, you can apply black color on the top waterline. This simple trick will make the lashes look thicker.
